1st General Meeting

Our 1^st general meeting starts at 6.30pm at Dewan Kuliah 1 (DK1), FSKTM. Our MC for today is Cheah Zhi Heng, who is the Bureau Head of Program Protocol. Firstly, our director of PiTUM, Er Khang Soon gives his speech. In his speech, he briefly mentions what is PiTUM all about. At last, he hope to promote our faculty to all over the UM campus and at the same time, hopes PiTUM will be a continuous culture of our faculty where can be a stepping stone towards our future.

2^nd speaker will be our deputy director I, Chuah Wai Chor. He basically hopes our members gain experience in all aspects and enjoy 3 things during making PiTUM a success which are fun, fun and FUN! It is a short speech but yet a straightforward and powerful speech.

Then, Mak Kam Jie, Bureau Head of Fund Raising & Sponsorship inform us of fund raising event, and donation drive regarding getting sponsorship or funds from public and companies. Other than that, another interesting activity mentioned by him is that camping activity for all members. This activity mainly for us to interact with each other, understand more on other members and deepen the bond or relation between us. The location of the camping is yet to be decided but the date is on 10 – 13 May 2009. Kam Jie hopes all members will participate in the camping and help out in getting fund and sponsorship for PiTUM in order to be success.

Last but not least, Kong Teck Liong, our deputy director II reached before meeting end. He give his speech and end the meeting. In his speech, he hope all member can go for the camping activity.
